HR Business Partner

Requirements:
Deliver HR support by partnering with management of assigned customer groups to develop and execute plans that optimize talent, structure, process and culture. Responsibilities will focus in the areas of human capital planning, compensation, employee relations, training & development need assessment, and performance management. The person who fulfills this role will be doing the following:
- Independently handling employee relations issues through to resolution
- Counseling and coaching managers on performance issues
- Partnering with the business to develop appropriate organizational structures to support business strategy
- Implementing or assisting management with key performance management initiatives such as quarterly goal setting, promotions and talent review/succession planning
- Providing exceptional customer service with regard to day to day issues and inquiries regarding Company policies and procedures
- May be sourcing and hiring talent for assigned customer groups

- exercises good judgment in every aspect of the Business Partner role
- diplomatic communications both verbally and in writing
- Bachelor's degree with major concentration in HR related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources with 3 years experience in client-focused HR Generalist role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel along with experience utilizing a HRIS system to extract data
